The Friends of Ecological Reserves is sponsoring a Panel featuring Intervenors who will discuss the NEB review process, the information provided by Kinder Morgan about the Trans Mountain Pipeline twinning project, the 600% increase in tanker traffic and the implications of transporting dilbit.

The Panel members are:
- Elizabeth May (Member of Parliament for Saanich - Gulf Islands);
- Stafford Reid, (Foremost authority on shoreline assessment and clean-up techniques who prepared the technical reports for Cowichan Tribes and Living Oceans Intervenors)
- Mike Fenger (President of the Friends of Ecological Reserves who provided information on 19 Ecological Reserves along the tanker route and how to mitigate risk).

This panel will be moderated by Racelle Kooy who is adept at chairing difficult discussions in a respectful manner as she Co-Chairs the Assembly of First Nations and has served as the moderator for the 2016 BC Cabinet and First Nations Leadership Gathering. She is a member of Samahquam First Nation  and has strong family ties to the Secwepemc.
