"Harperman" singer and former Environment Canada scientist Tony Turner performs at rally
(OTTAWA) October 3, 2015 – Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada (Saanich – Gulf Islands), joins Green Party candidates and supporters at a campaign rally in Vancouver.
Tony Turner, Former Environment Canada scientist and "Harperman" singer, performs at the rally.
The following Green Party candidates also join Elizabeth May at the rally:
- Ken Melamed, former Mayor of Whistler (West Vancouver- Sunshine Coast- Sea to Sky Country);
- Dr. Lynne Quarmby, renowned scientist and Simon Fraser University Professor (Burnaby North - Seymour);
- Claire Martin, former meteorologist and CBC broadcaster (North Vancouver);
- Lisa Barrett, Former Mayor of Bowen Island (Vancouver Centre); and
- Wes Regan, Executive Director of the Hastings Crossing Business Improvement Association (Vancouver East)
