(OTTAWA) - Elizabeth May, Green Party Leader (Saanich-Gulf Islands), joins Bruce Hyer, Deputy Leader of the Green Party of Canada (Thunder Bay- Superior North), for a press conference to discuss restoring VIA rail service in Northwestern Ontario.
Ms. May will be joined by:
- Christy Radbourne, Ph.D. candidate, writer, experienced teacher and Principal, Green candidate (Thunder Bay-Rainy River)
- Peter Bevan-Baker, successful entrepreneur, seasoned politician, community mobilizer, Leader of the Green Party of Price Edward Island
The Green Party’s National Transportation Strategy will provide Northwestern Ontario residents with an affordable, efficient, and safe method of transportation.
