Jeremy was born in Oil Springs, Ontario, and has spent most of his life in Lambton County where he has been active in the community, volunteering with many groups and organizing charity events for children’s organizations. He also spent 10 years as a volunteer firefighter.
After managing various companies and starting two successful businesses of his own, Jeremy accepted a job with the City of Sarnia where he has spent the past 15 years working in the public works department.
Jeremy divides his time between work and his family of four young adult children. Diving expeditions around southern Ontario with his youngest Jesse sparked his passion for the environment. Seeing how invasive species have taken over the lakes and the way climate change and pollution have impacted aquatic plants and animals convinced him that protecting and preserving our waterways is a national priority.
Jeremy is looking forward to hearing from the people of Lambton—Kent—Middlesex about their policy priorities at the federal level.
