Greens Congratulate Courageous Egyptians

OTTAWA -- The Green Party of Canada congratulates all the courageous Egyptians who peacefully demanded democracy and freedom.

“Egypt has inspired us by showing that change can happen when people come together with a shared vision in a better future,” said Green Leader Elizabeth May. “As Egypt moves now towards democracy, we will continue to draw hope from their example.”
