The Green Party of Canada apologizes to Ms. Beverley Eert for the damage to her reputation caused by the publication of the Ombuds and Appeals Committee’s (OAC) report and the failure of the OAC to properly investigate and provide her with a fulsome opportunity to respond to the allegations made against her. The Green Party of Canada has also rejected the allegations made against Ms. Eert by the OAC in the report.
